John's work colleagues started to believe that he wasn't ill, and so they brought their concerns to his boss. His boss agreed and eventually called John after those three weeks and accused him of faking his illness, threatening to fire him, to which John responded by begging him not to, saying that he will come back to work as soon as he gets better and apologised for being absent for so many days. Unfortunately, his boss did not approve of this, thus firing John.

After a while, John got better. He applied to several new jobs, and after a week he got hired at a better company. Soon enough John got accustomed to his new job and became a busy and happy man.
