Respected Sir Williams,
I am writing this letter to express my full disappointed regarding the experience I had one week ago at the Trivago Hotel, owned by none other than yourself. During my stay, I encountered several unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should be aware of and hopefully solve them with all due haste.
First of all, the greeter, who was supposed to accompany me to my room and help me carry my bagages, suddenly disappeared after I received the key, leaving me all by myself. I tried to overlook this problem, but getting into my room was a real struggle, as the elevators did not seem to work properly and they were even missing some buttons from a few floors. Did I mention that it smells like rotten rats inside those?
Secondly, the rooms were a total mess. The toilets were still dirty from the previous guests, the bed sheets looked like they have not been changed in weeks, the windows were all stained and covered in dust, there was still food on the kitche table, not to mention the horrible smell that forced me to open the windows during my entire stay there.
With those being mentioned, I hope you do realize that my entire vacation was ruined because of the incompetent staff, or is it rather the poorly executed management that was at fault regarding this particular unpleasant experience?
Whichever it is, I highly advise that you change this hotel's way of treating its clients. What I have experienced at Trivago Hotel was simply a disgrace and I do not wish for anybody else to go through such things in the future.
