An year ago, when I was at my grandparents' place, I wanted to take a walk through the park with my friends. One of them suggested to go in the forest nearby the park, and we all agreed because we were really curious about what can we find there. We also made a promise to not tell our parents anything, because they'll get really mad and we didn't want that.
After some time of walking through the forest, some crackling sounds were heard and we got really scared, thinking that it can be a wild animal. Some of my friends began to run, while me and my best friend decided to climb up a nearby tree. We both were afraid that we might get hurt, or the the branch will break and we might fall. But it didn't happen.
After some hours of sitting on a branch, we went down and started walking home. Me and my best friend were hungry and thirsty, and we both wanted to go home and sleep.
Unfortunately, in the park, a big dog started barking at us and we screamed, running to save ourselves. The dog was about to bite me, if it wasn't for the polite person that made the dog leave us alone.
When I finally got home safe, I promised myself I'd always tell my parents about my whereabouts.
