The concept of aesthetics has had an overall noticeable impact around the world, especially regarding cultural matters like art, music and literature. What usually comes to mind when we picture an aesthetic is the way that someone dresses, decorates their space or the voice range and language they use but it consists of much more than that.
In my point of view, an individual's aesthetic aspect is generally determined by intellectual occupation or daily activities.
Intellectual occupation leaves its mark on aesthetic by highlighting how it is required of the employee, for most jobs, to dress a certain way, either to be recognized as a worker in the respective domain or impress and gain respect in society by working in that praised domain. For example, a person who decided to become a surgeon is almost certainly an organized, hard-working person who prefers an aesthetic based on cleanness, perfectionism and maximalism in relation to small details. An artist's aesthetic generally revolves on an homogenous mix of tidiness and disorder, a multitude of colors, shapes and patterns scattered irregularly, open minded towards improvement, but reluctant towards mistakes.
Taking into account daily activities, an aesthetic can be frequently changed solely based on the disposition of a certain individual. A good example in this situation would be represented by a bookworm. A person who is fond of reading no matter what aesthetic the book exudes, usually shifts their area of interest towards multiple of them.
All in all, it is safe to say that an aesthetic aspect depends a lot on intellectual occupation and daily activities, as specified by the arguments above.
