Yes,but maybe they shoud do what's right aswell, not just think about it.They shoud think about the action and think if its right or appropriate to do.They can ask other people for advice or if its right or wrong to do in they're opinion.If they don't go out to ask others they might do a bad decision and one that the country might not like. Its also good to make votes for the citizen's to make for any changes in the country on any other political votes.
