Parents should control their children when they access the internet and children should also ask their if they are allowed to access it.
Another reason is that children aren't able to communicate with each other if they use the internet all the time. They get shy, uncommunicative and unsociable. Their time spent by using the internet can be used to read books, play together and socialize.
