 My favorite ''food'' is homemade chocolate ice-cream! I love to eat it in the summer. It cools me when it's too hot outside!
  For making homemade chocolate ice-cream we need: -150 grams sugar
                                                                                 -235 ml milk
                                                                                 - 2 grams salt
                                                                                 -10 grams unsweetened cocoa poweder
                                                                                  -3 slightly beaten egg yolks 
                                                                                  -55 g semi-sweet chocolate,cut into small pieces
                                                                                   -475ml fat cream
                                                                                   - 5 ml vanilla extract
  First we put the milk,the sugar,the cacao powder and the salt in a pan and then we mix them.When it boils, we are slowing the fire.
  In a different bowl, we beat the yanks a little and we put 1/2 cups of hot liquid.After we put it back in the pan and and we mix it untill it's thickened.
After it thickened,we put small pieces of chocolate mixing till homogenization. After that,we let it to cool at the temperature of the room.
When it cooled down,you can add the vanilla and then you put it in the ridge,wait for 4-5 hours.
