Va scriu aceasta plangere pentru a-mi spune parerea despre serviciile dumneavoastra de la hotelul "Imperium",la care am fost oaspete weekend-ul trecut.Fac asta pentru ca nu am avut de ales.Nu mi-a placut deloc faptul ca personalul nu s-a comportat decent.In plus,a trebuit sa astept foarte mult pentru niste servicii.Va recomand sa schimbati personalul,sau sa le impuneti sa fie mai primitori.Sunt sigura ca sugestia mea este una buna.

I didn't enjoy at all the fact that the employees comportment was inadequate. What is more, I had to wait a long time for some services. I recommend that you change your staff or require they be more welcoming. I am sure my suggestion is a good one.
