If he's your friend, you should feel free to be yourself, to discover and express yourself. A friend should also be a mirror of yourself- you reflect in him your qualities, so you can grow them,your worries, so you can cure them, and your mistackes, so you can fix them. Humans are social animals: we need friends, because we need to socialize, to feel accepted and understood.
When Jim Morrison told that, he also added:'and especially to feel, or not feel. Whatever you happen to be feeling at any moment is fine with them. That's what real love amounts to - letting a person be what he really is.'.I am blessed to have many people in my life who love and support me. People who not only give me that freedom to, but want me to be myself! People who are genuine, kind and love me. The reality is that we only have one life to live and we should not do it on someone else's terms.
