Firstly, in the first part of the proverb it says that you should praise God if you are healthy. It is true, because you don t have to look pretty or something like this. You must be satisfied with the way God made you.
Secondly, in the last part of the proverb it says that money can t buy the health. Even if you are a millionaire and you can do all the surgeres. It doesn t count anymore.
In conclusion, you should praise God for the way you are!
