Society is very important for the mental health of the people. Nowadays, most people find comforting to be by themselves, maybe with their headphones on, or reading a book by staying in crowded places. But why is that? Maybe because we forgot to accept ourselves and then the people around us, we forgot to be kind and open to other people.
All in all, we find ourselves by fighting with what is not good or convenient for us and by not giving up the fight that we've started.
