Comment on the following statement: Do not hire a man who does your work for money, but him who does it for love of it. (180-200 words)

My opinion on this statement would be that a person that only works for getting something will quit pretty quickly, because is really hard to get something without struggling and loving what you do, when on the other hand, a person that loves what he does and will give his best, but a person who is hungry for money will never have a good work, because when you are really trying, everything turns out good, but when you do something only for money you will never succeed, because you are somehow forced by yourself to only get something that will waste and fade in a short time, so maybe we should focus much more on the things we like, so that our work would be better and the only prize we will appreciate will be how our work turned out and the respect that we deserve that is given by other people who would wish could to the same thing as we did. This statement can be very inspiring because it can make us more ambitious and make us believe in the things we truly create, with love.
