No it shouldn't be necessary. If you eat a normal balanced diet ,you ought not to need any extra supplements. However, if fresh fruit and vegetables are difficult to find, you should take extra vitamin tablets.
Not quite. Of course you ought to eat raw vegetables sometimes ,but cooked vegetables are fine too. But remember that you shouldn't overcook them ; should only cook them until they are just tender.
