3 you have to climb the highest mountains, bear the longest desert, resist the
4 longest winters and once you have completed all of these, be yourself, as
5 find happiness' secret is no easy task, it requires patience, it requires 
6 courage and most importantly, it requires dedication. You have to be one 
7 with the universe. Your mind has to be calm and relaxed, your body has to
8 be loose, you have to believe in yourself. And when you finally finish all
9 the requirements, you will be one with yourself. And once your are one with
10 yourself, you will be one with the universe. All of this just to equip one
11 thing, and that is eternal happiness. But what does all of this have to do
12 with the secret of happiness you say, well, just you wait and see.
