Pizza is wonderful and simple to make.
You need a few ingredients:
Flour, a pinch of salt, basil, a cup of warm water, yeast, mozzarella cheese, tomato paste, teaspoon sugar, olive oil.
First you must put the yeast in a small bowl, add the water and the sugar and stir gently.
Leave it for 10 minutes.
Pour the flour onto your working table. Make a little hole in the middle. Pour the water yeast mixture, salt  and olive oil. Mix well. 
Knead the dough until everything is well incorporated.
Leave it under a cloth for about an hour.
After the dough has risen, spread it using your hands. Be sure to leave a sizable margin. 
Spread the tomato paste, then some chunks of mozzarella and finally some basil leaves.
Finally put it in the preheated oven for 7 minutes.
After removing it from the oven, let it rest for another 5 minutes.
You have made a delicious Margherita!
