My friend,(nume), will soon get home from (o țară). I can't wait to see him/her again. We've been emailing each other since she/he left. I know she/he left for just one year, but it felt like ages. I wonder if she/he still knows our secret handshake. I am so excited, I am overwhelmed with emotions thinking that I am going to play and talk with him/her. One year, it was a long period of time for me, not talking to my best friend. I felt quite lonely to be honest. I am glad she/he is coming back. He/ She will arrive tomorrow. My parents and I are going to pick her/him up from the airport. After that, we'll maybe go eat something because I know how exhausting is to go with the bus and train all day long. We are going to do out favorite things together again, like we used to. We are going to have a sleepover too, maybe with some other friends. I can't wait to see him/her.
Friends are really important. I am blessed to have a friend like (numele prietenului/prietenei).
