Success comes from taking risk, has many variations, even in romanian language. In order to succeed, one must try, sometimes fail, but never give up.

The best example is a traider, that tries to make the best decision when it comes to his clients portofolio. Even if he risks other persons money, they also risk themselves, their name and their reputation. If the traider fails, he must be able to sustain his decision and gain the trust of his client on future opportunities, thus the client applying the same concept - success comes from taking risks.
