Subject: Sport is fun
Hello Lucifer! How are you? Hopefully you are doing fine. I just got out from basketball and it got me thinking. How good is sport? You might be wandering yourself , and I did some analysis.
Sport is something That the human body needs to do everyday. Without the ability of Moving , our body becomes weaker to the point where we can't walk anymore. Scary , right? Anyway, as I said a little upper , I'm practicing basketball , which is pretty usefull. You need to use both your hands and feet which Trains your body to syncronize parts of your body. You need your arms to Master the ball and throw it in the basket and your feet to run from and to your opponents. It is very fun .
Sport also helps us humans by Training our stamina , and As I said before, It is very healthy. Practice it everyday , little by little , and you will be healthy . It was also scientifically proven to battle anxiety and other emotional problems.
Lucifer , I hope you learned something from this text. I will see you sometime. Maybe you should write something back!
