Hi there, John! how are you? how is your family? i hope you are all good...
we haven't really talked in a while so let me tell you a bit about my life!
i had noticed before that i eat a lot of junk food and very little fruits and healthy dishes! at first, i really wanted to change that part of mine but i jus couldn't bring myself to stop eating unhealthy food!
then the health problems appeared... my teeth were yellow and i even had a fat tummy. i was very disappointed in myself and that was the moment when i decided that i need to eat healthy or else i am going to have more and more problems like those.
and so, i started going to the gym 3 times a week. it was hard, but i did manage to lose a good amount of pounds in only a month! i was really proud of myself and i was in love with that feeling. after i saw the results, i began to feel more motivated and i made my diet even stricter than before!
now i can't go to the gym anymore because of the pandemic, but i have online meetings with the instructors that used to help me lose pounds at the gym. they are really helpful; we now meet only 2 times a week, but that does not mean that i don't practice alone! i have my morning and evening routine and now, even if i am not fat anymore, i do them without hesitation! it's almost like i am obsessed (which maybe i am)!
my diet consists of eating fruits and vegetables every day. i hardly ever eat meat now and so i would say that i am a proud vegetarian!
