Nowadays the people care more about the appearance than the health. Everyone tries to look good by buying new clothes, having new haircuts or using make up. The young people think the fashion means having material things. But they forget that the most important is a healthy body.
Eating healthy food, making sport, drinking enough water can make your body look better than buying new jeans, dresses or t-shirts. The teenagers should spend more time in the nature, running, enjoying the sun than spending time watching fashion shows and doing shopping in malls. The young generation should understand that is better for their bodies to spend the time in a gym or in a park than drinking coffee with their friends.
A healthy body is the best gift a person can have. It is more important than clothes, shoes or bags and it helps you look good both outside and inside.
