Once upon a time, in a land long since burned to ash, there lived a young princess who loved her kingdom very much. Sadly, as a happy ending means that the story isn't actually over, the princess's kingdom had been invaded by a mad king. The king was possessed by a demon, called the Valg, who wanted to take over the whole world, bit by bit. He killed the girl's parents, but she got away.
Years later, after she had been trained as an assassin, she set off to retake her kingdom and save the world from the Valg.
Sadly, even though no happy ending is not an actual ending, a sad one is. So, the princess was captured and finally killed by the king's men.
