Dear Lisa, I'm on a special I'm making efforts to lose w_____ diet. You would like it because you don't have to starve. You can eat as much as you like, but don't eat white _______, refined o f meat and s -> I'm eating a lot of fruit, raw v I drink a lot of t and of I even got used to the t wholemeal bread. I sometimes go jogging in the evening. The best thing about this d is that it makes you feel even more energetic. For me it is working very well. I'm on a special diet right now and I'm making efforts to lose weight. You would like it because you don't have to starve. You can eat as much as you like, but don't eat white foods, refined carbohydrates, meat and sugar.
I'm eating a lot of fruit, raw vegetables, I drink a lot of tea and water and I even got used to the taste of wholemeal bread. I sometimes go jogging in the evening. The best thing about this diet is that it makes you feel even more energetic. For me it is working very well.
