Describe a time in the past two years when you had to work with someone who was difficult to get along with .

In August of 2014 I got employed as a receptionist at a dentist's office. The doctor had an intern at the time who was very curious about every treatment that went on there. I liked his enthousiasm but one time he even suggested that I let him book the consultation for next day. Another day when the doctor was on lunch break he wanted me to let him attend one pacient because he said he was ready to do it himself since he had watched it done 10 times before. Of course I couldn't allow that and I was put in a very delicate position trying to explain to this student that very strict procedures have to be followed in order to have someone perform medical operations at our office. But thank goodness he was compliant and everything worked out well.
