I don't think that men are better than women. Everyone should have equal rights. It's true that men are more stronger. They can lift heavier things and they have a better rational thinking. Women have a better imagination and they can see smaller details.
In ancient ,women had to take care of kids and house, but nowadays almost every job is for both men and women. Except of ortodox priest. But in future even this rule will be changed, for sure.
In conclusion, rights are equal and nobody is discriminated. The most well known thing is that a good team is formed by both men and women.
