For my opinion, yes because the historical cities have some unique traditions that can't be seen in other places and that's the beauty of them. Placing modern but common buildings will lead to a boring place with things that you already have seen.

Varianta II

For my opinion, no because for me the future is the new beauty. We can create original building models and now, as we have materials whenever we need, we can build something new everytime.

We need to remember that it's our choice if we would like to see old or new types of buildings.
