No I think banning skoming is undemocratic because people shold be free to do whatever they want

I dont think banning smoking in public space is undemocratic at all because if someone decides to ruin his life by smoking good for him but I'm not obligated to smell the smoke coming from his cigaret so I don't think that banning smoking in public space is undemocratic
