Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my annoyance with one of the products which I have recently bought from your company. I regret to inform you of how shocked I was when I was sent the wrong package two times in a row, and nobody seemed to care or try to do anything in order to fix the issue.
Two months ago, on 14th October, I ordered the Samsung Galaxy A51 smartphone in black colour from your website. Despite the fact that I was told the package would arrive in less than a week, not only did it take three weeks for it to be delivered to me but when I opened the box, it was also a different colour - a bright shade of red. Moreover, I had to return the package with my own money, despite it being your mistake.
Two more weeks pass and on 18th November my package arrives again. This time, you sent me a different model - the Galaxy A31, which was smaller, cheaper and with lower overall specifications than the one which I ordered. Enraged, I immediately sent an email to the manager of the store, to which he replied with a curt rejection note. I am deeply appalled by your complete lack of professionalism, and disrespectful attitude, which is why I have no choice but to take legal action against your company.
To prevent this from happening, I insist on a full refund, as well as a written apology from your local manager. I trust this matter will be dealt with as soon as possible and I look forward to receiving your reply.
