When we work together we can adapt the little bits and pieces that we hold as individuals into a bigger and complete image of the way that we see some people and the way we interact withe them while we are working as a team.
Just like in any other team based of different individuals skin color and different religions there will be some kind of tensions at the beginning caused by our luck of trust and the way we try to cooperate at the beginning .
But with the the time and with a group effort we will be able to finish the task that we were working on and as a group we are learning from on-s mistakes or from one-s success .
Luck of trust and racial intolerance are the main ingredients for a failed project .
