If I were a teacher I would teach my students to communicate well.I would make a lot of listening exercices and speaking.I would try to convince them that life and school is more interesting and beautiful without their phones and gadgets.I would also try to play funny interesting games.I would create a very good relationship with them.After all of these,I would suggest them to make a complex project about their life in school and present it in the front of the class.All in all ,I think that being a teacher is one of the most difficult things in the world.
