My favorite time of year is definitely winter.Not just because the snow,but also because of Christmas!
Christmas is a very special time of year.All day you just hear carols,you smell different kinds of delicious food and you count down the minutes until you get to open the presents.
It is also a really good way to spend more time as a family,talk about all the experiences you had all year long and eat all the goodies that your mom made.
Another wonderful thing to do on Christmas is to look at the window and see all the snowflakes dancing around in a beautiful waltz.This landscape catches your breath.
But many people forget about the true meaning of Christmas.Sure...Christmas is the time when the well known Santa-Claus comes and delivers us gifts ,but we don't celebrate the true meaning.The birth of Jesus the Savior !
We should all take a bit of our time to thank God for sending Jesus on earth.
The atmosphere of Christmas and the orange smell brings happiness and peace in my heart.
