Personally i see succes as luck.
When you are lucky you have succes. You can have succes at work and maybe at school. People who I think have succes are a tennis player from Romania, her name is Simona Halep. She has succes in her work. She wins trophies and medals, but to win them she had to work a lot. I think "work" is the key ti succes.
