It is true that some people prefer to plan activities for their free time while others choose not to make plans at all for their free time. I prefer to plan my free time activities because it helps me to do my task in a well organized manner.First, a good plan can save one a lot of money. If we do anything in a hurry, we may waste a lot of money. In that case, we will face financial problems. For instance-Jill used to be a very rich man. He was known for his lavish life style. He used to spend a lot of money. He liked to travel and he liked to stay in luxurious hotel. He did not plan his free time very carefully. As a result, he ran into debt and ruined his life. Jill's story teaches us an important lesson. We must be frugal. We must carefully plan our budget before we start spending our money. Otherwise, we have to face a lot of problems. 
Second, a good plan helps us to complete any task in a well organized manner. It gives us more flexibility. If we schedule our task carefully, we will be able to complete it right on time. For instance-Before we go on a vacation, we can plan our free time activities. We must know how much time we shall spend on each hotel and when we shall return home. We must know what is the cost of living, what is the cost of basic necessities of life, where we can stay etc. We must be aware of their culture. If we do not stick with our plan and do everything in a rush, our leisure activities will be spoiled.
