Here we are ,almost at the top of the mountain,and it started to snow heavily.Good thing I know this trail and there is a cave close by.We can look for shelter there.
As we are running in the cave we can hear a loud noise,like a thunder,and after we go in a pile of snow covers the entrance.
I told Dave this morning it’s not a good day for a hike.Now,we are trapped here in the dark.Luckily we have everything we need in our backpacks.We are always prepared for emergencies.So Dave starts a fire,and I use my phone to ask for help.
It took 12 hours for them to find us,good thing we had snacks.
I am never listening to Dave again.
