TRECUTUL PERFECT SIMPLU (Past Perfect Simple)
Structură:
Afirmativ: Subiect + HAD (toate persoanele) + verb (-ed sau forma a 3 a din tabel)
EX: I had come home before my mother arrived from office.
Negativ: Subiect + hadn't + verb (-ed sau forma a 3 a din tabel)
EX: She hadn't finished her work before midnight
Interogativ: Had+ Subiect + verb (-ed sau forma a 3 a din tabel)
Ex: Had you gone to the airport?
ESTE FOLOSIT PENTRU:
● o actiune care s-a petrecut inaintea unei alte actiuni din trecut.
Ne dăm seama de el dupa adverbe specifice, de obicei: before
Cum să îti zic, de obicei cand avem 2 actiuni trecute in propozitie, actiunea mai trecută ca past tense e past perfect simple. Mai trecut ca Past Tense este acest timp, Past Perfect.
NU CONFUNDAM CU PREZENT PERFECT

Structură:
Afirmativ: Subiect + have/has + verb (-ed sau forma a 3 a din tabel)
Ex: People have poluted the planet.
Negativ: Subiect + haven't/hasn't + verb (-ed sau forma a 3 a din tabel)
I haven't done my homework yet.
Interogativ: Have/has + Subiect + verb(-ed sau forma a 3 a din tabel)
My parents have just arrived.
Îl folosim atunci când prezintă:
● O actiune petrecuta si inchieata intr-un moment din trecut ce NU poate fi precizat (daca e precizat, nu mai e acest timp), CU REZULTATE CE SE VAD IN PREZENT
● O actiune care s-a incheiat recent
● Actiune trecuta, parte a unui proces neincheiat inca
Ne dăm seama că este vorba de Prezent Perfect Simplu cand gasim adverbe precum: always, sometimes, often, just, yet, already (la interogativ)
