I had the worst cold last week. It lasted 4 days and 4 nights. I constantly had headaches, I could not breathe properly, my nose was really runny, and my appetite suppressed like crazy. I couldn't even go to the doctor's because I was feeling so sick. My mum's friend that happens to work as a nurse came over to see if she could help and she thankfully did. She told me to take a lot of vitamins and medicine and suggested to eat a lot of soup even if I don't want to. It was absolutely terrible!
