I 'm writing this letter because I have some problems with the phone .I 've just bought the phone from your company.
My first complaint is about the phone 's battery. It 's does not last more than two hours. My second complaint is about the phone ' s applications. I can't used all of them.
My third complaint is about the phone ' s memory. Alltough I don't have more applications in my phone, it 's show me that the memory is full.
I hope that your company will repair my phone If it 's not going to happen, I will sue your company.
