1. Your enemies will always, by definition, be sad when you make good choices in life or you are successful. They will try to hold you back by criticizing you even though, they know you are on the right path. You need to be alert only when they applaud and salute you, because then you did the wrong thing, and they try to encourage you to continue on the wrong path.
2. We all have a tendency to take things for granted. Be it either family/friends/material things, once you have them for a while, you stop appreciating them. Only when you are left without them, you begin to really see how valuable they were for you.
