I believe that social media acts as a double sword. If you take a wrong path on excessive use of it, you can lose. I mean the time, energy, mental health, life, and sometimes friendships.
But if you take the right path, you can make the most of it very well. Facilitate your tasks, learning new educational stuff, promoting your life awareness, develop your communications, and finding old friends.
