Hi Max,

How are you doing? I hope everything is ok. I'm writing to you from my new room.

Our new flat is amazing. It is on the second floor of a seven-storey block of flats. It has got a beautiful view on the lake from my window. The neighborhood seems really nice and friendly and it has a few shops. Our block of flats is next to a supermarket. There is also a coffee shop and a library but there isn't a bakery. Every here is really friendly. I've got some new friends. We go to the same school but we are in different classes. My new school is at 5-minute walk from home.

Anyway, I have to go now. Mom needs some help.
