- Hello, son! How did the class go? Is everything alright? You seem quite tired...go take a rest.
- Everything is fine, mom, excepting this day! It was truly horrible...it's like everything I've done was against me.
- What do you mean? Tell me.
- Today, when I stepped into the class, the teacher was already there because I've gotten there too late, so I apologized. She didn't mind at all, but during the class she has asked me a bunch of questions related to the last lesson she has taught us the last time and I didn't even know a response out of them. And when I finally knew an answer, my colleague said it immediatelly looking at me when such a rude expression showed upon his face. The teacher gave him an A+ for his response...it was on the tip of my tongue and I was so close to say it loudly!
- Oh...I see...but from now on, please, be all ears to her explications so you will be able to respond to all of her questions! I'm always keeping my fingers crossed for you! I'll also lend you a hand of help if you need.
- Thank you a lot, mom! However, at the end of the class, a boy in there was caught by talking and then the teacher asked who started it, so he pointed his finger to me all of a sudden! The teacher said that she'll keep an eye on me from now on. Anyway, he was my best friend, unbelievably, it always stood behind my back with everything I've ever done up till now... Sadly, this really broke my heart and our friendship as well. Somehow, surprisingly, he has kept his lips sealed when I wasn't paying attention to the class this morning. He's such a strange boy...I don't really understand him.
- I suppose that your teacher must have nerves of steel by having all of you as her students...
- Not really! She is the best teacher, her voice is music for your years, having such a calm voice and a kind behavior anytime, she smiles the whole day, whether she is tired or not.
Afterwards, at the sport class, the teacher required me to do a difficult exercise, I was close to get hurt, but it turned out well in the end. If I wasn't being careful...it would have cost an arm and a leg. Therefore, when I stepped out of the school a heavy rain suddenly started, who would have expected that in such a sunny day, right? I was wearing a T-shirt and a pair of light shoes so I got cold feet, and the schoolbag was so heavy that when I let if off I felt like my hands were tied for days! This day was surely the worst of all.
- Don't worry, dear, life has ups and downs, and you'll meet more ones from now on, you'll get used to them, this day will pass as it never existed, I assure you!
