Emil Cioran, The Trouble With Being Born.
I've never been a big fan of reading books, I prefer watching movies, I usually find other ways to relax, or should I say found?
Recently I've discovered Emil Cioran, a Romanian philosopher.
In his book, The Trouble With Being Born, he talks about some deep subjects and wrong ideals of humanity. It's also a book known for calming one's mental state or, more specifically, relieving the stress.
Some quotes that I personally find meaningful and that you can give some thought :
“I get along quite well with someone only when he is at his lowest point and has neither the desire nor the strength to restore his habitual illusions.“
“By all evidence we are in the world to do nothing.“
“No matter which way we go, it is no better than any other. It is all the same whether you achieve something or not, have faith or not, just as it is all the same whether you cry or remain silent.”
