I was in the living room with my family, that consisted of me, my sister, and our parents. We were all just sitting around, watching a contest reality show, when all of a sudden my sister called for our attention. She told us she had something to confess so we all averted our focus on her. She had a hard time telling us, but in the end she managed to stammer out that her boyfriend of 2 years had asked her to marry him and that they got engaged. At first, all of us were speechless and when we came to our senses, we each reacted our own way. My mom burst out crying tears of joy, I was jumping up and down with happiness, while dad was busy trying to find out why on earth my sister's boyfriend hadn't been there when she told us. When everyone calmed down she explained that they agreed that they will each tell their own families by themselves. Ever since then, my sister got married and moved in with her husband and now our parents' full focus is on me. Great...
