In my opinion, I agree. This is because when a person shares his/her problem with others, the amount of pain will allievate.

It is always better to share the problems with others so that there will be some one to hear. This has some thing to do with the human psychology. Humans always want some one to hear their problems and console them. So if a problem is at hand, then it is always advisable to share the things with the near and dear. For example if a person has financial problems and if he does not discuss it with his friends, then the amount of pain felt increases day by day. On the other hand, if he shares the problem with others then he will at peace. <3
