1. The self-awareness is the appropriation of a realization being, of the reflexive mode, of who he is, who he is, where he is and at what point in time he is. Who you are is to be self-centered. A person must be confident in his own power to become a champion. We take a long way to find out who we are, and if on this road and at the end of it we have discovered ourselves, it is only one step to become champions in what we want to do.

2.Each of us has a strong or less strong character that we build over time. Sport does not build our character but reveals it to us because sport is full of moments of tension and depends on our character as we act at these moments; we can act calmly or we can get angry. The character is also revealed to us from teamwork or counter-adversity.
