Give your opinion on the following statement: To destroy is always the first step in any creation. Use relevant arguments and exemples to support your ideas.

In my opinion destruction is just the opposite of creation and they haven't got anything in common. To create there's no need to destroy.
Of course, there are some fake creators who just try to pose they do something new but in fact, they just refurbish existing stuff and for this very reason they cannot be called creators.
Even if you look at a construction site you can easily notice that most common location for it is a fresh place where nothing has been built before. As a consequence, nothing is going to be destroyed there.
The last but not least is the master of creation, God himself. He didn't destroy anything to create the whole world.
An act of creation is based on making something new which hasn't ever existed. For this reason, it cannot be connected with destruction which doesn't occure without another thing that to be destroyed, must obviously exist first.
