my favorite dish is rice with an Asian twist.
cooking rice is easy. you need a mug of basmati rice. put it in a pan. add two mugs of water. put the fire on high and cook for nine minutes with the lid one. add salt, pepper and a pinch of saffron. in a different pan fry some mushrooms with a bit of olive oil. reduce the water. after all the water has evaporated mix the rice with the mushrooms. you got yourself a great plate of rice.

Each of us know how to recognize a good recipe: from to way it is made and looks to taste.
In my opinion, every good prep has its individual "thing" that would make any gourmet to think of what ingredients it stands for. So that I want to introduce my favourite dish:
Skillet Chicken with Brussels Sprouts and Apples.
Firstly, before you get started, you need the ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
Kosher salt and black pepper
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 (12-oz.) package shredded Brussels sprouts
1 sliced apple
1/2 sliced red onion
1 Chopped Garlic Clove
2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. chopped toasted pecans
Secondly, once you have them, you can start by boning the chicken and chop the red onion, sprouts, garlic glove and the apple in small slices. Then put canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side; transfer to a plate. Add shredded Brussels sprouts, apple, red onion, and garlic clove to skillet. Cook, tossing, until Brussels sprouts are wilted and onion has softened, 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in white balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Season with kosher salt and black pepper. Return chicken to pan and top with toasted pecans.
To sum up, I consider my recipe perfect to be the winner especially because it has brown sugar and apples, which bring the necessary sweetness to this chicken and brussels sprouts dish.
