When did you reserve the room? It was booked thorough my travel agent two months ago. I'm afraod there's no record of booking and the hotel is completely full. There's a festival on in the town and there are no rooms available anywhere. You mean there's absolutely nowhere to stay? What are we going to do ? Well. I could try ringing around a few other places , but i don't think there's much hope. Look here! My wife and i have been travelling all day. We're exhausted. I demand to speak to the manager!
