Food is what gives us the energy to use our brain and our muscles and thus is vital to our survival and good functioning.
I think that we should try to eat healthy food as often as possible and give our body the nutrients it needs, because our body is our "host" and the place we live our whole lives in, thus we should treat it as such.
A healthy lifestyle combined with healthy food will increase our productivity, will reduce our lethargy, increase our mood and overall give us the fuel to go forward in the pursuit of a better, meaningful, happier life.
