Ever since I was a child I remember I had this fascination with geography and finding out about all the nooks and crannies of the world and how different cultures are actually similar through their differences. At first I learned in school about specific countries and their population, capital city, natural resources but the icing on the cake has to be the individual customs and traditions that all nationalities have developed throughout centuries of evolution. In my spare time I read travel magazines and books written by renown globetrotters to find out more about this subject and I have decided that when I grow up one of my hobbies has to be traveling. So that I can see for myself how people from different cultures learn to grow and optimize their lifestyle simply by accepting and celebrating the differences that I might observe. It doesn't matter what clothes they wear, what language they speak, what religion they are affiliated to or what kind of food they prepare, everything seems to make sense when you explore with enthousiasm and apply what you have learned once you get back home. Wether it's the dunes of the dessert on Egypt on the back of a camel or swimming with dolphins in Bali or even more interesting climbing the Alps in Austria, my deepest and utmost desire is to be able to travel this world as long as I am alive. To this purpose I am willing to devote my efforts, my free time and my savings. To me traveling is being truly alive and vibrant and makes life worth living.
