With more than 38,000 students being homeschooled in Arizona, this parent-led, privately funded education at home model has proven to be an effective option for many families across the state.
“Homeschool means a nonpublic school conducted primarily by the parent, guardian, or other person who has custody of the child or nonpublic instruction provided in the child’s home.”
Homeschoolers are parents or guardians who assume full responsibility for educating their children at home and must provide instruction in at least the subjects of reading, grammar, mathematics, science, and social studies pursuant to ARS.

I am not in favor of it because you spend most of your time at school with friends, teachers, colleagues, but at home you are only with the teacher and you can't stay calm. You're always stressed out because you don't see anyone you know. When you are with colleagues you ask them what you don't know, but at home the teacher asks you the question and if you know you answer if you don't know you don't answer. Let's take into account the online classes. You sit in front of your computer or phone all day, and you ruin your eyesight. Sometimes the connection is interrupted or you happen to have nothing to do online lessons. Maybe you don't understand the topic or you don't pay attention to what the teacher is talking about and you end up not knowing anything. That's why I'm against online lessons or those with home teachers.
